The price to hire is a combination of delivery/set/pack up fee, and how long you have the TARDIS for. This is a non for profit organisation, and are just covering our own costs.

There is a minium of having the TARDIS for 3 hours, and, as long as it is kept in a safe, sensibly weathered place, the maximum is 48 hours.

There is also a bond of $500, and if the TARDIS is damaged in any way which cannot be easily remedied (scratches don't apply), it will not be returned. Otherwise, it is trusted that the hirers would be sensible with the TARDIS, and we are sure that in most cases, the bond would be returned.
